I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max running ios 16.2 and can’t install the Alexa app successfully. When booting the app up, the first popup window asks me to allow Alexa access to bluetooth, which I do, then the next popup window asks me to login to my Amazon account and then displays an “Error” window and that’s as far as I can get. I’ve removed the app, rebooted the modem and iPhone, reinstalled the app with absolutely no luck. Amazon customer support can’t solve the problem. Anyone know what’s going on?
