Playing video clips uploaded to Amazon Photos on Echo Show 5

This is not likely a new issue but I can't find an answer that settles this with a definite and if so proven response.
The most annoying fact to this is that in the list of video sources given on Echo Show 5 "Amazon Photos" is not listed even though the storage is provided to promote private video in that database.
Please get me educated.

Maybe I remembered this incorrectly, but I do seem recall Amazon disabling videos in Amazon Photos several years ago.

You may be right (amazon has a history of disabling features that could be rather commercialized)

since amazon loves to advertise itself, I believe it would show up on the video source list you are talking about if you could play videos from amazon photos.
