She Doesn't Seem To Know Much

Or maybe it is the way I say it?
If I ask the suggested questions she responds fine ,but very often otherwise she has no answer .
When I go to the app I see what was recorded and my questions are garbled and nonsensical . I live in Southern England with what I consider a clear speaking voice . Alexa is set to U K English .

Nb when The alarm went , I said Alexa snooze... she came back with " No snow is expected in Eastbourne today"

I couldn't get this to work either, According to amazon device support page, Manage Timers & Alarms. I don't think snooze is a supported option. 'Not available.'

I haven't tried it myself yet, but I'll give it a shot when I get home (if I can remember to).  Then again, maybe it's another UK implementation quirk.
